http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-stylesheet/ * Does "is parsed the same way as a start-tag" imply well-formedness constrains? * If that's the case does this violate the definition given for well-formed in the XML specification? * Is the <?xml-stylesheet?> processing instruction not occuring in the XML Prolog a well-formedness violation as well? * How does all that interact with DOM mutations? If any of the above does not imply well-formedness constrain how is error handling done instead?
