Right, I avoided stating the obvious that what is "substantial" and what is required to convince someone to implement something is typically more subjective and the proposition as such a fallacy. If you lose sleep over browsers using & as separator and escaping "/" and ":" without any need, you might see a substantial benefit, and if you love those properties of the legacy format, you might see it as a substantial deterioration. >Could you suggest text for exactly how WF2 should refer to this draft?
