proposed draft changes for mapping to XDM from PSVI

Attached is an HTML document with proposed changes to
the XPath 2.0 / XQuery 1.0 Data Model document, prepared
by Jonathan Robie and me, with comments from some other
WG members.  The changes affect the description of the 
mapping to data model instances from the PSVI.  These 
changes are intended to address issues 2768 and 2790:
