First draft of SAWSDL to UDDI and WSDL 2.0 to UDDI mapping

As promised, here is the first draft of my technical note on mapping WSDL 2.0 and SAWSDL/WSDL-S to UDDI.
I've just finished traducting it to english, so feel free to give me any comments, corrections, or make any suggestion on the subject.
