changes of link on the tutorial page

Benjamin,

I would like to ask you to make two small changes on the SW Tutorial
page[1]. Having changed jobs within W3C, I would not like to have the
tutorials I have bound to the Offices. Hence:

- the URL for the 'Questions (and Answers)....' (1st item) should be
changed to:

   http://www.w3.org/People/Ivan/CorePresentations/SW_QA


- the URL for 'Tutorial on Basic Semantic Web Technologies' (2nd item)
should be changed to:

   http://www.w3.org/People/Ivan/CorePresentations/RDFTutorial/


I have set up redirections from the old URI-s, but nevertheless it would
be better to have this page up-to-date.
