canocalization of color values

Hi,

Currently <canvas> has some things on color return values and it suggests  
uppercase (for the six hexadecimal letters involved). Mozilla returns  
lowercase. IE's currentStyle (also supported by Opera) returns lowercase  
as well. Perhaps it should be made lowercase throughout?
