Fix (the four characters uri, added to line 74 of XMLContext.java)
and test ("ARP Plus"/testDanBriXMLBase)
now in CVS.
Given that this has taken about an hour and a half of my time, those
four characters were each quite expensive! (I guess the tests are
actually more important)
