XQTS 0.8.2 test results for X-Hive/DB 7.1

Hi,

as promised a long time ago, here are the results of the current XQTS
test suite with X-Hive/DB for release on the XQTS web page.

I've taken the liberty of filtering several tests which I believe are
incorrect or don't apply (schema import & static typing feature), but
all of those tests should be in the XQTS bugzilla. The tests still show
up as not-run/errors in the generated HTML.

As Saxon and xq2xsl we compare the results ignoring XML white space for
the XML & Fragment methods - apart from that this should be clean.
