Quick hack to demo css2xml/rng validation

Hi,

  Don't use this code, crash bugs, memory leaks, etc., in fact, you
better don't even read it. css2xml.c is based on libcroco-dev (CVS)
and http://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/W3C-WD.css is the sample style
sheet. It's all very poor and incomplete, though not too bad for the
three hours spent on it, starting with getting vs8b2 to compile the
dependencies...
