[w3photo] UI Bug Notes

I've culled the identified bugs and issues regarding the alpha version  
of the repository from the 2/26 IRC chat and added them to the bug page.

The most challenging unresolved issue is creating an easy web interface  
for correctly and uniquely identify people (e.g., making sure "Tim"  
"TBL", "Tim Berners-Lee" all point to or create the same unique

     * Bengee will do a bit of work to help finalize image vocab
     * Libby will check with Dan regarding name space

     * Greg will write up notes and try to clean a few things up
     * Discussion but no decision on friendly UI for identifying (See  
     * Identify action items.
     * check login is testing password
     * need to label fields for dc:title dc:description
     * UI for identifying people.
