your HTML to RSS tool

Hi,
Not being a programmer, I don't understand this at all. How do I use this? I
created  a Web page using some of your instructions at
http://www.w3.org/2000/08/w3c-synd/# (the ones I understood). Is there a
place that I can plug in that URL to get an RSS feed? I tried various boxes
but got no results. Can you explain please?
