Fixed bug, added DAML example (forgot Dan wanted it)

Sorry to send you another version. I hope you haven't edited the other
yet. I noticed a bug in the datatyping conflict section and also
added a short example for DAML.

I won't send any further revisions until I hear back from you. You
now have the lock (really ;-)
