The new 11.3 version seems to be incompatible with something in the configuration of the 11.3-pre1. I did ask a complete uninstallation of Amaya, including the configuration files. Upon re-installation of the 11.3, it works. Last minute: I have found the "incompatible something": I had kept a copy of my fonts.gl (I like to use DejaVu). If I put my fonts.gl back in my personal folder ~/.amaya, Amaya does not start any more. If I rename the file, I can start Amaya again. Has the syntax of font.gl changed? Did it become deprecated with 11.3?
