[bug report] rendering textarea in Amaya 11

shows off two errors in rendering textarea element

#1 when element width exceeds screen width, no horizontal
cursor is displayed and content is lost....  View in 600x800
rez to see this.....

#2 Attribute of cols="72" miscalculates the required width 
required for the element.  Perhaps calc based on default
font size instead of used font size ??  If this error had not 
occurred, i would not have noticed the first error ....

So I guess #1 should be fixed first  to make sure horizontal
bars fire when needed ....   and then check why width rendered
does not match width needed with particular selected font size.
