well select all works (sort of) but it selects the wrong area of the document using http://home.cogeco.ca/~ve3ll/jsproj3.htm as a demo ... there is a textarea in purple. When one focuses inside the teaxtarea and uses select all (ctrl-a) it looks like the selected area is all but the area focused on.... doing a copy / paste to a fresh document confirms this when one focuses on a textarea and does select all it is the textarea that should be selected and not the outside document .... redo the select using any other browser to see the expeted results ..... this is a BUG !! -- -- John Russell, VE3LL@COGECO.CA http://home.cogeco.ca/~ve3ll http://home.cogeco.ca/~trains http://home.cogeco.ca/~cipher
