Here are a few enhancement/feature requests regarding the Amaya spell
checker (I am using Amaya 9.53 from Ubuntu Feisty):

* Start spell checking automatically after pressing F7

When I click on F7 to check the spelling of a document, it launches the
spell checker box but doesn't automatically start checking the spelling
of the document as I would expect.
Other applications like OpenOffice or Evolution (default mailer on
Gnome) are starting automatically the checking when pressing F7. I think
Amaya should have a similar behavior.

* Auto Spell Check

It would be nice if the check spelling was done automatically while the
user is editing a document without having to press F7 (similar to the
AutoSpellCheck feature in OpenOffice).

* Reuse existing dictionaries

I guess you already discussed about this, but I am wondering why Amaya
is not using existing dictionaries like myspell, aspell...
Using a common dictionary is useful as when I add a new word in the
dictionary of application A I don't have to renter it in application B
or C as they use the same dictionary.
