Amaya 9.99 bad news -- good news

is a page with a fixed menu at the right side of screen
at least it is fixed in the three major browsers
in amaya the menu scrolls with the rest of the page .....

Actually this non-conformance isa good thing because
the page itself is poorly designed.  When viewed with
an 800x600 display, the menu is clipped and the bottom
segment inaccessible in the 3 major browsers. At least in
 amaya a bit of scrolling works ....  Too bad that the designers
of the style page do not follow w3 recommendations about 
being able to adapt to the user's environment.   They ass/u/me
that everyone is government funded with the latest super-duper
monitors instead of maintaining a testbench with older machines
that the citizens are using .....  ta from john in niagara
