Amaya 9.55 WinXP bug: can not create table of contents

Hi,

Amaya 9.55 WinXP snapshot hangs when I select "XHTML > Generate Table of 
contents" in a document without a table of contents. If the document 
already contains a table of contents (created with Amaya 9.54), the toc 
can be updated.
