[html] object does not support alt= attribute

This is very important as Amaya does not implement any
object linkages so it should allow use of the alt= atribute
so that the user can be informed that the client browser 
is not displaying something. this is equivalent to
<applet>Your browser does not support applets!</applet>
which works well in amaya      john russell
