Wish: support alternate stylesheets

Amaya does not seem to support stylesheets defined via:
<link rel="alternate stylesheet"...

In order for a page developer to test such alternate stylesheets, they would
need to appear in the lists displayed by:
Style
  Enable
  Disable
  Open
