the link to the implementation status of css is on the users documentation page
but not on the bugs/wishlist page where some people check before writing a 
bug report....  perhaps an additional link on the bugs/wish page

Actually these two pages could be merged as they are both documentations 
for the users .....  I think it would be useful to see a page with

1] STATUS REPORTS
a] css implementation
b] html parts
c] svg components
d] mathml pieces

2] BUGS LIST
a] how to write a useful bug report
b] how to create / submit test cases
c] current bugs on file

3] WISH LIST

4] DEVELOPER REPORTS
a] What the development group is currently working on.
This will help testers to focus on issues that may get rapid attention
