Shortcut to web page address field?

In most browsers, Ctrl+D moves focus to the web page address field. This  
can be a very useful shortcut. However, I cannot see how this is done in  
Amaya. I don't see this action in the shortcuts list, and I don't see how  
(or IF) I might set it up manually.

Any suggestions?
