Sug: Add title prefix to all views except formatted

Amaya 8.8.4, Windows 98 SE

On the title bar of the Souce view window, the string 'Source:' is prepended
to the title from the HTML.  This allows easy location of the Source view
window even when windows are cascaded and show only their title bars.

Suggestion:  Add a prefix to all other window titles, except the formatted
view, to similarly identify them, e.g. Structure:(or Struct:), Alt:, TOC:
