Amaya 9.3 WinXP RFE: bug report system

Hi,

In my opinion, Amaya has improved a lot and Amaya 9.3 is the best 
version ever published. It has still more bugs than I would like to, but 
the Amaya team keep on correcting them and I encourage all users to send 
bug reports.

I think a bug report system like bugzilla would help users and 
developpers. I do not know if such a system is difficult to set up and 
maintain, but it would improve Amaya development.
