Amaya 9.3 WinXP bug: textarea rows or cols attribute

Hi,

In Amaya 9.3 for Windows XP, the attribute window does not let you 
introduce a value greater that 100 in the rows or cols attributes of a 
textarea element. They are automatically changed to 100.
