datestamps?

I note that the opening page of 9.3 advertises the following capability:

"Section numbering, generation of table of contents, insertion of time  
stamp, structure transformation."

I simply love the table of contents functionality. Extremely handy for the  
web pages I manage.

It's the "time stamp" stuff I cannot figure out. Don't see a menu item, or  
documentation about this. I must be missing something. So, I'm open for  
help on this one. How do I learn more about this?

It does occur to me that maybe this functionality isn't available when I'm  
running Amaya on my WinXP OS.
