Installation problems

Hello, I am just trying to install Amaya on my computer and having  problems. 
I don't have problems downloading other programs. I have a decent  computer 
with XP. 
 
This is the error message I get when I try to launch the program. "Amaya  has 
encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the  inconvenience."
 
I have it installed in this area but it still doesn't work.  Cdrive>Documents 
and Settings>OBR's Docs>Amaya-9.51
 
I hope any of you will please send a message on what to try next. Thanks,
