unable to start Amaya 9.51 on Win2000

I'm getting the same error as Bart Goossens. I'm running Windows 2000 SP4 
with an ATI Radeon VE video adapter.

I've read the FAQ, updated the video driver, and adjusted the OpenGL 
settings. I still get the error when I try to start Amaya 9.51.

System details:
Dell Optiplex GX260
Petium 4 @2.8 GHz with 1 GB RAM
Radeon VE, AGP, 32 MB DDR SGRAM

Any help is appreciated.
