iframes have same issues as objects

when using transitional docs the iframe option is possible.
However Amaya has the same issues as it does with objects

1] raw ascii text files are not displayed and the warning option
is not displayed either (element text content)

2] html files that overflow the box are not clipped with 
scollbar attachments.... 

these cause serious display problems that do not occur
with the commonly used browsers....
