I've updated the driver for the Intel VGA to one released on 29th of April 2005 (WHQL certified) but the results I get are still the same. :-\ > 2. Try to slow down hardware acceleration of the video card: |Panneau > de configuration → Affichage →Paramètres → Avancé → Dépannage| > >> This one worked - the problem disappeared when I've moved the "Hardware Acceleration" slider between "None" and "Full" just one step close to "None" (disabled all but basic acceleration). This probably gives some minor UI performance penalty but as overall it is not that noticeable because I don't have any applications requiring fast advanced graphics on that machine. -- Stanimir
