displaying math in IE

Folks,

I'm new to Amaya and to html (xml, etc.), and I have a problem that I
have to get solved. I have tried everything I can think of, but nothing
works. I'm trying to use the Amaya math pallet in connection with
preparing a document to be viewed from within Internet Explorer. I have
carefully followed the instructions at http://www.w3.org/Math/XSL/
("Preparing mathematics on the web with MathML") but this has not solved
the problem. The directions specify a procedure for preparing the
document if it is "to be viewed locally, without an Internet
connection," but not otherwise. And even that doesn't work (at least not
for me).

Following the instruction at the above page, I have prepared the attached documents. Can anyone show me how to modify them so that the square root in SqRootTest.xml will show up when it is opened in IE? As I say, this is a serious issue for me, and I'm prepared to pay a consulting fee of $100 to anyone who can make the required corrections. I don't care if you solve the problem in five minutes. Payment can be sent via Paypal or check.

Incidentally, this is something that might benefit others. I'm probably not the only one who wants to use Amaya to prepare math documents to be viewed in IE.

Thanks.

Martin
