Amaya 9.0-pre: Windows default font-size

The default font size on a Windows system is even smaller than before. 
Without a possibility to Zoom in (Alt =) it becomes very hard to read the 
text on a 17" screen and 1280×1024 resolution. [See message of 2004-01-13
