Font sizes on Linux

Hi,

I've upgraded to 8.7 and the font sizes for headings are now all the
same size as regular text. Is this an Amaya problem, an X problem or a
GNU/Linux distribution problem? I'm using Fedora Core 2.

To illustrate the problem I've uploaded screenshots. Here's 8.6:
