Thanks! It works now from the annotation window to post the currently opened annotation.
But is there a way to post all the annotations made on a document? (the post-to-server menu entry is disabled in the annotation menu of the main window)

Yes, there was a bug in the file Amaya/config/amaya.profiles. See attached a version of this file that should work better.
