Amaya 8.4 Windows 2000

Symbolic entities are replaced by "characters" or numeric references when a 
file edited and is saved by Amaya. E.g. "&shy;" is replaced by "-" and 
"&rarr;" by "&#x2192;". This is not particularly helpful.
