http://www.town.pelham.on.ca/council/council.htm displays a hypertextd list of councilors in black , hover is set to red works well in net 4, net 6, mozilla, k-meleon, msie and opera but not in Amaya ..... rats --- good thing the browsers that work cover 99.9999 percent of users....
