Help crashes Amaya V1.3 on Win95

Amaya V1.3, MS Windows 95.
Help crashes Amaya when a home page is specified in ...config\thot.rc.
Help starts but Amaya crashes when the help item appears.
The Details are of no help to me. Does anybody know of a solution?

AMAYA caused an exception 03H in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0137:bff76694.
