List bug

Amaya Version:

Description:
If, within a list item and enter is pressed, a line break is inserted as
expected.  When enter is pressed again, instead of making a new list item
containing what followed the carriage returns, a blank list item is created
and then a new one.

To reproduce:
1. Open Amaya.
2. Open attached file (bylaws.htm-8.79 KB).
3. Scroll to end of document.
4. Put insertion point between ".allocation of their votes. " and ".Ask the
nominees to.".
5. Press ENTER three times.
