Vertical Scroll Bar Bug (Regular View)

Amaya Version:
Amaya 5.3 binary for Win NT/2000

System:
Windows XP
AMD Athlon XP 1700+
512 MB RAM
60 GB HD

Description:
The vertical slider, in regular view, will not completely scroll to the
bottom although the document is at its bottom.

To reproduce:
1. Open Amaya.
2. Open a document.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the document.

Notes:
If dragged to the bottom, the slider will go to the bottom, but will
immediately move up from the bottom once released.
