Description:
In this example (attached file), if mouse is clicked about two thirds of the
way down the cell containing "Chief", the cursor goes to the cell "Method"
in the table with a caption of "Josh's Contact Information".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change resolution to 1024x768
2. Open Amaya (maximized).
3. Open attached file (settingsun.htm, 5.38 KB) (pictures and style sheet
will be broken, but this should make no difference).
4. Click about two thirds of the way down the cell containing "Chief".
