In my opinion, given a trigger on the aria-hidden attribute,
I was worried that every time I scrolled, the element seemed to disappear from the accessibility tree.

Using aria-hidden="true" and display: none; is a good way to hide
content. You can see an example here:

If you can share your code, it will help us understand why it isn't
