[aapi] test case for issue 618

Here's a test case for issue 618.  I'm sending it to the list so it doesn't get lost.  We need to create a spec and test suite for CAAM 1.1 in https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/testharness/.  I want to sync with the team before doing that.  Will upload once there's a spot for it.
