i found the document when investigating braille, tactile and embossed
media types a few years ago via http://search.w3.org/ -- i don't recall
its ever having been linked off of PF's web space, not even
member-confidential group space, and the document itself is (obviously)
in public space...
i should create a wiki page for this on the PF wiki -- it is a useful
document to have and to build upon, gregory.
