W3C draft of ARIA User Agent Implementors Guide

Hi all,

Just a little note to say that the ARIA User Agent Implementors Guide
spearheaded by Aaron Leventhal, is now titled "WAI-ARIA 1.0 User Agent
Implementation Guide, draft",  and has moved into the w3c at a public
location:

http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/aria-implementation/
