aloha! recently, the XHTML2 WG (http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/) announced 3 drafts which it is seeking to advance through the W3C process: 1. PR status has been requested for "RDFa Syntax" CR draft seeking PR status: http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/CR-rdfa-syntax-20080620/ request: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/chairs/2008JulSep/0064.html there is also an Implementation Report for RDFa available at: http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/RDFa/implementation-report/ 2. XHTML Modularization 1.1 http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization/ the PR period has ended; TR request in progress 3. XHTML Media Types http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2008/ED-xhtmlmime-20080827/ This is an upcoming note on how people use media types for XHTML, with recommendations on what works. It updates an earlier version from 2002. The main change is that it observes it is OK to send XHTML with media type text/html to user agents that don't understand application/xhtml+xml. gregory. --------------------------------------------------------------- DELIBERATION, n.
