DIN certification on accessible website

The German Standardization Organization DIN and the German association for
barrier-free information technology have collaboratively developed a
certification scheme for accessible websites.  The scheme is based on the
German anti-discrimination law of 2002 and its technical requirements on
Websites which is based on WCAG 1.0.
