Accessibility Issue on WCAG website

Hello,
I am reporting an issue on the site https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/
Under Editors there is a list of people that is not in a list and the email addresses are hidden inside mailto: links. I do not have a default email client on my phone and cannot email the people these links refer to.
I believe this is a violation of SC 2.4.4 Link Purpose as well.
