difficulty accessing a link

Hello, I do not know if you are responsible for the site on St. Louis--

I followed the link at the bottom of the page for accessibility and found
this email address. There is a link on a connected site -

http://stlcin.missouri.org/research/mustsee2.cfm?LocNum=3 that is not
working. It is for Crown Candy Kitchen

http://www.phobia.com/crowncandy/. Perhaps you are not connected to this
site. I could not find any other webmaster to report this too. Other links
on that page seemed to work. No need to reply unless you find the correct
link to crown candy. I would like to have that.
