I believe the version of the French translation of WCAG 2.0 is not the last one in the table «WCAG 2.0 Completed and Planned Translations» found at the page : https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/translations/


The version in your table was edited in 2009 : https://www.w3.org/Translations/WCAG20-fr/


I found a version edited in 2011 : https://www.w3.org/Translations/NOTE-UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20-fr/Overview.html
