Hi OC Web Team, We can point you to some information, however, we cannot confirm that your solution is accessible. First, understand what 1.4.12 requires and does not require. Please read carefully: https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/text-spacing.html And note: * 1.4.12 does not dictate that authors must set all their content to line height of at least 1.5 * 1.4.12 is intended to ensure that users can override author specified text spacing to improve their reading experience See also Selecting Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools <https://www.w3.org/WAI/test-evaluate/tools/selecting/>, which says: "... Sometimes evaluation tools can produce false or misleading results. Web accessibility evaluation tools can not determine accessibility, they can only assist in doing so." --- If you have additional questions: We host an Interest Group discussion list where issues of digital accessibility are discussed. From there you can get multiple perspectives. You can join the mailing list and post questions by following the instructions about the Discussion List under: https://www.w3.org/WAI/about/groups/waiig/#mailinglist Best regards, ~ Shawn <http://www.w3.org/People/Shawn/> On 13-Jan-22 9:41 AM, webadmin / adminweb wrote: > Hi, > > We are reviewing some of our automated accessibility test results and we have several failures at the minimum line-height requirement (1.4.12 Text Spacing | New Success Criteria in WCAG 2.1). There are many instances across many templates. We have tested adding a line-height: min(1.5); to the p tags and it passes the automated testing and visually adds space where needed, but we would like confirmation that this solution is accessible prior having it implemented site-wide.
